Technology & facilities

Modern tools, used thoughtfully

Technology supports good dentistry — it does not replace careful examination and judgement. Here is how we use it.

Digital scanning

A 3D model of your teeth, on screen

An intraoral scanner is a small handheld wand that captures images of your teeth and gums, building a detailed digital model. For many treatments it can be used instead of putty impressions.

  • Aligner treatment planning
  • Showing you worn areas, gaps and tooth positions

Dental X-ray

Seeing below the surface

Dental X-rays show areas that cannot be seen during an examination: between teeth, inside roots and in the surrounding bone. They are recommended only when the information is expected to help your care.

Please always tell the team if you are, or might be, pregnant.

Facilities

Clean, organised treatment rooms

Our treatment rooms are designed for hygiene and comfort, with dental chairs, examination lighting and organised storage for instruments and materials.

Instruments are cleaned and sterilised between patients, and our team uses protective equipment during care. You are always welcome to ask us about our infection-control routines.
